About Us

We have been living and working in France for 17
years and have been in business for well over 30 years. We have English
speaking installers in the popular areas of France and a lot of local
installers for other areas.
We are fully
registered to supply and install in France.

Installations (A Friendly Warning) |
We would advise you DO NOT
use a company that does not have a Siret Number. They are not
registered to operate in France. UK registrations are NOT
ACCEPTABLE to the French Authorities. The siret number
MUST relate to the company advertising NOT
the installer/employee, it is illegal to use somebody else's number.
DO NOT use an installer who is not registered with the Chambre de
Metiers as they are again working unregistered in France and will not
have been able to obtain the required installer's insurance!
Using
unregistered installers will bring very heavy fines. Any installer
who "comes over occasionally" will not be able to cover guarantees,
which we do with our own, local, labour. If you bring a new box
from the UK it is very possible that the guarantee will not be valid in
France. Also if the box was supplied by Sky, it must be over a
year old to be able to operate without connection to a phone line (all
our boxes do not require a phone line connection). We supply &
install the correct sized dish for your area as part of the package
price or DIY kit. Sky mini dishes (as supplied in the UK) are too
small to operate satisfactorily in most areas of France. |
